Broken lock, water leak, breakdown of household appliances... these unexpected situations at home can be very stressful. In order to reassure its beneficiaries and provide them with an immediate solution to the problem they encounter, Allianz Partners launched Visi'Home: a video-diagnostic service to support customers remotely following any event or need in the home.

In line with new uses of customers accustomed to use videoconferencing during lockdowns, Visi'Home connects customers with a claim handler at any time and from anywhere in order to obtain an immediate diagnosis or to be directed towards the right service provider.
