MyJourney is an end-to-end skills, career and development planning tool. Built for employees, by employees, this innovation empowers employees to take their career planning into their own hands by understanding skills gaps for their current or future roles, getting suggestions for career moves based on their skills profile and getting development recommendations such as training courses, mentor programs or on the job learning assignments to develop their chosen skills. The skills data from the tool provides a rich insight into skills across the organization that enables targeted development planning and supports strategic workforce planning.
The initial Core product offering, which includes the features listed below, is being rolled out to all business units globally (41+ units, 77k employees) this year, in their local languages - but this is just the beginning. We are already delivering on the next phase of our robust product roadmap, which we will continue to refine based on inputs from employees, HR and business leaders regarding what will bring the most value to individuals and to the organization.
