This new managerial approach created by Kereis is based on different tools, grouped together in API (Improvement of Internal Performance, but also Animation, Participation and Innovation), a unique management and internal communication channel.
API is based on three pillars:
1) Animate thanks to interactive team meetings (API Weekly), conducted in a hybrid or face-to-face format with Whiteboard, a digital, personalized and interactive tool. These meetings are an opportunity to listen and share, in an interactive way, especially using the Whiteboard. During these meetings, each member of each team within the company shares their current mood: this is what we call the "weather". Each person's weather can be focused on the professional sphere, but it can also be extended to more personal aspects.
2) Participate with a digital space designed to encourage participating, sharing and networking between teams. Every week, they can find key information on the company's life, news from all departments, their " weather" and other key indicators.
3) Innovate with a collaborative innovation in the form of internal crowdfunding. With a platform called Teamstarter, employees can create and finance projects related to the customer experience (new offers, new services, new products, digital pathways, etc.) or the employee experience (internal collaboration, work-life quality, the Group's CSR commitments, communication). In addition, a coach is available to help employees convert their ideas into projects and bring them to life. Each employee is allocated a budget that they can use for one or more initiatives that can come to life thanks to the employees' contributions.
