Back in 2018, FWD responded by launching a first-of-its-kind Cancer insurance, covering all stages of cancer (not just late stages, which is what our competitors do). You may have seen our advertisement:

Singaporeans had been Googling for "cancer insurance" 850 times in 2017. This increased 329% in 2019, and most importantly for a young company like us, Singaporeans Googled "FWD cancer insurance" (with our brand name) 7,000 times within 10 months of product launch.** We had succeeded in increasing awareness of our brand as well as our very first Critical Illness insurance product.
